Initial TRT Evaluation (Includes Labs) $150 — 60 minutes Your first visit includes a comprehensive medical review, symptom assessment, and laboratory testing to evaluate your testosterone levels and overall hormone health. Based on your results, we create a customized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Monthly TRT Follow-Up Appointments $75 — 15 minutes Follow-up visits monitor your progress, lab results, symptom improvement, and medication dosing. These appointments may be completed in person or via secure telehealth, offering flexibility while maintaining high-quality care. Telehealth Telehealth visits are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform and meet the same clinical standards as in-office appointments, making it easy to continue treatment from home or work. Payment Policy All TRT services are self-pay and due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance, which allows us to provide transparent pricing, faster access to care, and personalized treatment without delays or third-party restrictions.
