We offer convenient point-of-care testing, as well as access to routine and specialized labs with transparent pricing and follow-up through our clinic. Point-of-Care & Drug Testing- STI testing -$60. Urine dipstick test - $30 Rapid strep test- $30 Flu and COVID testing- $30 Urine drug screening (standard panel)- $50 Urine pregnancy test- $30 Fentanyl test- $40 Kratom test is $40. External Laboratory Testing- Complete Blood Count (CBC)- $30 Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)- $50 Lipid Panel- $40 Hemoglobin A1c- $30 TSH (thyroid)- $40 Testosterone panel- $125 Vitamin D- $75 Pregnancy test – quantitative hCG (blood)- $55 Additional lab work and reference panels are quoted in advance. Specialized Testing- GeneSight Psychotropic Test is up to $330 (test review visit billed separately if needed). DUTCH Complete Hormone Test kit is $499 (follow-up visit billed separately at $75). Prices are subject to change without notice. External laboratory and specialty testing costs are based on current vendor pricing and will be confirmed at the time of service. Payment Policy All lab services are self-pay and due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance, which allows us to provide transparent pricing, faster access to care, and personalized treatment without delays or third-party restrictions.
