Service Description

Stay on top of your health with our primary care services, offering both in-office and telemedicine visits to fit your needs. Our provider delivers personalized, attentive care whether you’re establishing care, managing a concern, or following up. Primary care initial evaluation (in-office or telemedicine) is $150. Sick visits (one concern) are $75. Primary care follow-up visits are $75. Telehealth Telehealth visits are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant platform and meet the same clinical standards as in-office appointments, making it easy to continue treatment from home or work. Payment Policy All primary care services are self-pay and due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance, which allows us to provide transparent pricing, faster access to care, and personalized treatment without delays or third-party restrictions.
